Bulan Legini heads the corporate, financial, and commercial law practice groups. With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, her expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate, finance, foreign investment, joint ventures, and a wide array of complex cross-border commercial transactions. Additionally, she has significant experience in property law and family law. Her expertise also extends to Aviation Law, where she has led series and various transactions involving the sale and purchase of private jet aircraft and negotiations with international banks or financing institutions.
Her educational background includes a master’s degree in Notary Public from the University of Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Aninda Rahmani is an important part of Legini and Partners. Bringing more than 20 years of experience working in several law firms in Jakarta, including Makes & Partners law firm, several top law firms in Jakarta, Senior Legal in a Gas Industry company and Corporate Secretary in a Public Company that runs their business in the telecommunications infrastructure sector.
Aninda specializes in corporate matters, especially capital market transactions such as Initial Public Offering (IPO), Bond Issuance and Right Issue.
With her experience, skills, experience, and understanding in the capital market sector, Aninda makes a significant contribution to Legini and Partners

Anastasia is a young talent with a lot of potential that continues to grow in every career journey. She started her career from the ground up, starting as a key person in Administration and continued to climb to Paralegal, ans Associate position at Akmalsyah. 2024 she became part of Legini and Partners as a Senior Associate.
Her attention to detail and extensive knowledge not only in the legal field but also in business area, have made a significant contribution to Legini and Partners. With 14 years of experience and her ability to solve every problem, she has earned the trust of every client she has handled. Legini and Partners have strong belief that Anastasia can only get better and greater in the foreseeable future.

Nilam Shifa Salsabila is an Associate Lawyer at Legini & Partners, specializing in business and corporate law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree (S.H.) from Bina Nusantara University with a specialization in Business Law and has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters.
At Legini & Partners, she has handled drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting legal due diligence, managing share acquisitions, corporate liquidation, debt restructuring, as well as handling land-related transactions, aircraft sales and purchases, OSS registration, and regulatory permits.
Prior to joining Legini & Partners, she gained valuable experience at several reputable law firms and a multinational company, where she was actively engaged in investment licensing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, procurement of goods and services, and regulatory compliance.
